While most Foster Care/Social Service Agencies pay for home tutoring for their foster care children, many of these children also qualify for free tutoring services through the Federal No Child Left Behind Act.  This Act mandates that children attending underperforming schools be given the opportunity to receive free Supplemental Education Services to help raise their skills in English/Language Arts and Math.  We encourage you to read more about our SES Programs and take advantage of the opportunity to enroll your children in these additional free services with TestQuest!
