TestQuest has been servicing the foster care community for over 10 years and is specially designed to work with social service agencies and law guardians to provide the highest level of tutoring for children “in care.”  Because of our extensive experience with the foster care community, our staff is highly knowledgeable and very sensitive to the special needs of this population.  Compassionate to the sometimes delicate situations that many foster children face, our tutors/staff work closely with foster care liaisons and foster parent/guardians to ensure that each family’s specific educational needs are met.  We feel that given the proper patience, guidance, and care, all children will be able to succeed
