TestQuest has been servicing the foster care community for over 10 years and is specially designed to work with social service agencies and law guardians to provide the highest level of tutoring for children “in care.” Because of our extensive experience with the foster care community, our staff is highly knowledgeable and very sensitive to the special needs of this population. Compassionate to the sometimes delicate situations that many foster children face, our tutors/staff work closely with foster care parents to ensure that each family’s specific educational needs are met. We feel that given the proper patience, guidance, and care, these children will be able to succeed.

Our services include (but are not limited to) the following criteria:

• TestQuest is qualified to perform court-ordered tutoring services
• Our tutors are multilingual and have varying expertise (available upon request)
• We do our best to match the right tutor with the right child
• Our tutors are required to document everything through progress notes, goal sheets, and consistent assessments. This documentation is also provided to the agency and family as promptly as possible.
• Our tutors act as mandated reporters and are required to follow our protocol in the case that they see, hear, or witness anything of concern
• We do frequent quality assurance to make certain that both foster parents and agencies are satisfied with our services
