Beginning in 2005, TestQuest has expanded its scope to providing its professional testing services to institutions of higher learning.  Internal testing runs the risk of allowing vital testing information to filter itself to the public, compromising the institution’s credibility, putting potential funding at stake, and jeopardizing future opportunities for attending students.  Thus, as a third party service provider, TestQuest aims to complement efforts already taken by the institution and simultaneously obviate potential allegations regarding the credibility of test scores. 

Our employees are equipped to run the testing department for any college, institute, or university desiring an outside contractor to maintain accurate test scores.   They are trained to administer, proctor, and grade both standard exams such as the CPAt as well as institution specific placement exams. We put our employees through a thorough training process to ensure their competency in reading, writing, and math which in turn guarantees their capability to grade exams fairly.  Once all exams distributed by our employees are scored, they are updated on a detailed and comprehensive spreadsheet within the institution’s computer database, emailed to faculty heads for legal documentation purposes, and then filed and locked away assuring proper testing security measures. 

Upon completion of exams, our staff is required to have scores finalized and secured within 24 hours.  The exams are checked by two testing employees immediately and then again by a third employee at a later time in the day to ensure scoring accuracy.  Our testing employees have all been screened and are committed to signed confidentiality.  They are trained to provide a safe and comfortable testing environment for students and diligently follow a series of procedures to ensure a professional testing experience.  All prospective students are encouraged to take the exam(s) seriously, as we are sensitive to the potential life changing impact these scores can have on every student’s future.
